How can I buy from Ilmgold?
Shopping at Ilmgold is simple and safe. Select the product you want and click on the order button. You then get to the PayPal website on which your shopping basket is shown. By clicking once on the shopping basket, you get into your shopping basket. There you can change the number of items, for example, delete products, or else make your way to the cash-desk.
How can I pay?
To make paying as simple and safe as possible, we have opted for prepayment, SOFORT banking and PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you just log in and follow the instructions. If you do not already have a PayPal account, click (on the left, beside the log-in field) on “open a PayPal account and continue with purchase and follow the instructions. When the payment has been completed, you will receive an email confirming the transaction.
SOFORT Banking is the direct payment method of SOFORT AG. SOFORT Banking allows you to directly and automatically trigger a credit transfer during your online purchase with your online banking information. A transfer order is instantly confirmed to merchant allowing an instant delivery of goods and services.
What about packaging and delivery charges?
There is a fixed-rate delivery charge for all orders, irrespective of the quantity. This charge is automatically added to the price of the sale. You can get an overview of all costs on the respective product site or in your shopping basket. When the order is completed, we try to despatch the products at the latest after three working days.

You would like to order as in the past?
You have no PayPal account and do not wish to open one? Then just order by email. Tell us the quantity and give us the delivery address for both the bill and the products. We will provide you with the prepayment details. Please note that you will only receive the goods after the sum has been successfully transferred.
What if I don’t like the goods?
Should you have reason to complain, despite all the love and care we invest in our products, then simply send us an email. We will get in touch as soon as possible. Furthermore, you can use your 2-week right of rescission. The deadline is calculated from the date we receive your order. In the case of orders for less than € 100, the client bears the despatch costs. Please send the goods back in the original packaging and we will refund you the purchase price.
